We are open 5.00pm to 11pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays. 12:30pm to 01.00am on Fridays and Saturdays.
Musical performances start from 8pm on Thursday and 9pm on Friday and Saturdays (Booking Recommended).
There is no cover charge. Bookings are just for food, drinks table are first come first serve. Changes to musical acts may be required if circumstances arise that are beyond our control.

Speed Quizzing with Will
Come and join us for an awesome night of quizzing and fun hosted by Will! With new Speed Music Bingo and cash prizes, it promises to be a great evening. Food will be available with doors open and orders taken from 6pm and the quiz beginning at 7pm.

De Lux are an acoustic duo made up of singer/songwriter Lauren Ivy on vocals and guitarist Paul Bisson on acoustic guitar. They have performed for a number of years across the island and beyond. Acoustic Showcase
We have 3 wonderful musicians taking to The Sundown stage on this Thursday evening.
Firstly, at 8pm we kick off with August Gone. Singer-songwriter and bassist performing original music and reimagined covers. Honest songs, real stories, and intimate live performances. Her new album ‘Broken People’ is out November 2026.
Next we have Kevin Pallot at 9pm. Kevin is an established local singer-songwriter known for his heartfelt, story-driven music. With over 20 years of releasing music and recent gigs in Liverpool, he continues to connect with audiences through honest songwriting and authentic live performances.
Finally, we have Mark Dempsey at 10pm, a regular on the acoustic pub gig scene and lead singer and guitarist of local grunge and rock cover band The Noise. Mark will be playing some lively, alternative pop and rock covers, and might even throw in an original.

Carrie Hamilton (EP Launch)
Come and join us for a wonderful evening of live music and cocktails with Carrie and her band, as she drops her new EP Dreaming in Blue live in Jersey. The programme of Jazz standards will include hot swing, blues, ballads and latin tunes to groove to, as well as some of Carrie’s own original songs. She will be joined on stage with a fabulous band featuring Brian White (Trumpet), Tim Horsfall (Guitar & Piano), Adam Marshall (Bass) & Chris Sparks (Drums).
Dreaming in Blue will be available to download from all streaming platforms and on vinyl and CD at the launch on the night.

The Late Shift are new addition to the Jersey covers band scene and is gathering a good following playing at The Sundown.
Fronted by Adam and Erin on dual lead vocals, The Late Shift delivers high energy sets, playing a mix of rock classic, 80s anthems and current hits.
With the rhythm section of Shane (drums) and Dan (bass) delivering the groove, and Oliver on guitar, The Late Shift will get you up, singing and dancing.

Bob is a seasoned performer, he has toured all across the UK, supporting Jake Bugg, Dodgy, Mark Morriss, and Chris Helme to name a few.
